We are a flexible organization and do not impose any requirements, commitments, or restrictions on our mentors as we believe in organic mentor-mentee relationships! You can be as active as a super mentor with multiple mentees, or someone who is involved with the leadership, or just available once in a while for a quick 30-minute session with an exciting mentee!
We will be asking mentors to submit a headshot and short bio (example see the "Team" page) at our initial email contact with the directors once the intake forms are completed :)
